Tenant Services
At Henrys Simms Lettings we endeavor to provide a first-class service to all our tenants. We have a flexible and approachable team who go out of their way to help you find a property that meets your needs and criteria.
- £150 per adult application fee is payable and non-refundable, its covers holding the property, credit checks, references from your landlord and work.
- A Bond is payable when you move in and this is equivalent to five weeks rent.
- There are NO hidden extra charges

If you have seen a property on our website and would like to view please send us a viewing request using the box below or by simply calling us direct on 01773 715790 option 2.
We will endeavor to respond to all requests within 24 hours, we will then ask you some general questions and from that be able to book you a convenient viewing appointment.
If you decide to proceed the process is simple, you pay your holding fee and complete an application. We will then wait for our legal team to complete the relevant checks and once complete contact you to book in a speedy move in date.

Management Package
We can manage your property for you.
- Option 1 – 10% of the monthly rental amount
- Option 2 – £30 a month management fee with a £195 admin fee up to up to rent of £550 £551 or above is £40 a month management fee with a £195 admin fee
(with no VAT to pay on these amounts.)
